Gamification provides you with the tools and techniques to disguise a learning activity not as a game, but as an interesting and challenging mission. Always keep in mind that just adding a few bits and bobs to make an eLearning course look and feel like Monopoly or Minecraft does not guarantee success. Interactivity is not engagement.
