Enhance Performance by Changing the Occurring

What is “the Occurring”? It is perception. In neurophysiological terms, perception – or how things occur for us - is the only thing that comes close to being correlated with behavior and subsequently, performance. We may think that performance is based on our way of being (how we feel, what we think and how we are). Instead (in the neurophysiological model), our behavior and our way of being are indistinguishable.
