Essential Ingredients: Who Should Be on Your PS Team

I’ve often heard the phrase “Get the right people on the bus.” I agree with its message, but the metaphor has never sat well with me. People on a bus don’t do anything except wait for their stop. They rarely talk to each other, are often uncomfortable, and their end goal is to depart. That’s not a team I want to be on or lead, and it’s hard for me to imagine a compelling, innovative, or successful end.
