The Smart Worker : learning continuously with social media

Jane Hart

What is Your Training Plan B?

Dashe & Thomson

In Minnesota we say that we have two seasons—winter and road construction. Consider this: Sixty percent of U.S. jobs will require postsecondary education by 2018 ( Aslanian , 2011). Vague Stories Help Learners to Discover

Vignettes Learning

Synthesis: Uncovering parallel tracks is essential in contextual learning – where the need is to help learners find applications of an idea in a story or feedback. CLO Magazine

When launching a new Learning and Development (L&D) group or transforming an existing one, people often ask, “Where should we start?” The answer is always the same. L&D programs or initiatives may not have a role to play in achieving all the organization’s goals but almost certainly will have a role in achieving many
