ISP (Internet Service Providers) fees were high. Oh, and access wasn’t free. Blackboard.

Go back to early 2000’s to 2010 or so, and there were way more LCMSs than exist today. Yep, in 2000. Nothing traditional there. Want micro learning?

Privacy data concerns also is outdated; again, I am unaware of a LMS/LCMS data integrity issue related to privacy or theft as such.
