In late 2009, I did my first forecast on this blog. I stopped using an RFP, in 2001 when I would buy systems. Then others followed thereafter. This is a huge problem in the industry. Another factor though is that many people continue to send RFPs that are 100 plus pages. And I loved the systems I bought.
