Some of the courses I’ve taken were clearly PowerPoint presentations and designed to be eLearning.   I’ve also seen eLearning courses developed with rapid development tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.

eLearning Development: How long does it Really take?

How long does it take to create one hour of eLearning? Defelice, the time needed to develop one hour of self paced eLearning could take between 90 hours and 1743 hours. It depends on what level of interactivity you are aiming for and what tools (with or without templates)you are using. I can’t believe this!

In Word 2003, that function is found under Tools > Options > User Information. Some of his reviewers were working in Word 2003. If they had all been working in Word 2007, I would then have guessed that someone along the way had used the Inspect Document tool to remove all personal information from the document.

For those who still like to see the insert carat and strikethrough deletions, Adobe Acrobat's Text Edits tool does the trick, mimicking, like the old Red Pencil program, the hand-written carat symbol with inserted text in a separate pop-up note. Up through Word 2003, moved text appeared as deleted in one place and inserted in another.

Microsoft Word: Customize the Status Bar
