When I was looking at a LMS/LCMS vendors in the last few years, one of my first questions, “Are you SCORM 2004 or 1.2 If your RCAT only outputs to SCORM 2004 and my LMS vendor only accepts 1.2, Outputs to SCORM 2004 3rd edition, SCORM 1.2  – one vendor I found outputs to SCORM 2004 4th edition.
