Reading between the lines, the CXOs appear to be Future thinkers; the CLOs are Past and Present thinkers.

I joined AIIM in 2005 and went to the annual conference held in Philadelphia that year. Granted it was 2005, but man! Here we go! What they are finding is not training per se.
