PowerPoint 2007: Adding Voiceover Narration to Presentations Converted to Movies

Click the bottom half of the Track Changes tool, and select Change Tracking Options. If you choose By author , Word automatically assigns each person who comments on the document a different color. At the bottom of the Styles pane, click the Manage Styles tool. You find this from the Review tab.

When the copies came back, every change was marked as coming from "Author." In Word 2003, that function is found under Tools > Options > User Information. In Word 2007, that is found under Office Button > Word Options > Popular. On most documents, that tool is grayed out as unavailable.
