I could answer this as the biggest challenges for Learning Professionals generally, and maybe I'll come back and do that, but for now, let me just write what I see as some of my bigger challenges in 2007. Aha Moments in 2007

I wanted to go back and figure out what things really struck me during 2007. and Yahoo MyWeb to save bookmarks - locally saved favorites seem rather limited now. I'm going after this just a little bit different. I started using del.icio.us I had a real "aha experience" after using add-ins to provide features inside my blog.

That last comment is quite interesting - and while I'm not sure why, I personally don't use meta search engines, but I will periodically check other search engines such as Ask and Yahoo to see what they have to say on a topic. In other words, 2007. OR - When several terms apply.
