The global training industry is large and in growth again post-2008. Data provided by the US membership organisation Training Industry suggests annual growth around 6% per year since 2009. Sometimes isolating ROI is easy, sometimes it’s impossible. Sometimes it’s more efficient and more effective not to train at all.

This level of evaluation will increase the visibility of learning and development efforts, because successful implementation of Level 3 evaluation Internet Time Blog: ROI is toast. ROI is toast.
