Rewind back to April of 2009, I was working as Loss Prevention Supervisor for Kohl’s Department Stores when I was offered the unique opportunity to join the Corporate Loss Prevention Training Team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Oddly enough, it started while I was making a living catching shoplifters.
