Jane Hart released the final list of top 100 tools for learning 2009 last month. The Top 10 Tools are: 1. Twitter. 4. Google Reader. 5. Google Docs. 8. Google Search. Its important to note that the list seems to be dominated by people’s preference of tools they use for personal learning.
