If I was looking for evidence that live blogging during conferences and webinars provides value, I think this sums it up quite nicely. Looking at just the numbers, my number of views didn’t increase dramatically in 2009. Subscribers are people who have decided my blog provides (at least some) long-term value to them.

These two backgrounds provide very different contexts for scenarios. If sales associates often forget to provide a recommendation at a specific point in the sales process, include that point in the scenario. While I didn’t have Tom Kuhlmann’s 2009 post in mind when I wrote this, I came across it again recently.

I will politely, but actively, provide feedback to those who transmit misinformation. At least once a year, I will seek out providers of misinformation and provide them with polite feedback, asking them to stop transmitting their misinformation. I will provide counter-evidence and argument when warranted.

I’d focus on training for adults, such as professional development for other teachers, if possible, unless you’re targeting something like K-12 Inc or another online K-12 provider.
