If they were doing it, Facebook like page, a crummy blog that looks nothing like a real blog, a Twitter like feed, maybe RSS, text chat and YouTube functions and upload/download angle. A significant number of vendors, reported higher revenue and sales numbers in 2010, then in 2009. Who is using those things?

I helped with LETSI in 2008-2009 while I spent most of my working life at W.W. By 2008-2009, SCORM Version 1.2 If anyone was going to address mobile, social media, games, simulations or any other use cases, it would need to be outside of SCORM.
