I don’t find developing software simulations to be particularly rewarding, for example, because there often isn’t a ton of creativity. I would have created a portfolio earlier than I did: I didn’t actually create one until 2009. After rich collaboration with SMEs and other stakeholders, how much leeway do IDs have?
