Mzinga is the result of a merger between KnowledgePlanet and Shared Insights at the end of 2007. My first encounter with them was when they were still known as KnowledgePlanet. By 2010, over 50% of organizations will be some combination of Millennials and Generation X. Another key driver for us is demographics.
