I’m back home after a great DevLearn conference. Looking (and reading) back at the conference there are several things that stick out for me. This was my second Guild conference (been to Learning Solutions in March) and one thing that really struck me at both conferences is the atmosphere. Atmosphere. Confirmation.

This year easygenerator will have a booth (B44). Tomorrow is a promising day, I will attend a pre-conference workshop about the future of corporate learning. I will be leaving to Berlin to attend the online Educa after I have finished this post. I don’t like the standard setup of expos as the online Educa.

When you compare it to conferences like Learning Solutions and DevLearn it really comes out bad. In Berlin I met with Christopher Benz (he is in charge of online events of the ELearning guild) and we spoke about the differences of an eLearning guild conference (like Learning Solutions and DevLearn) and the online Educa.

Why Easygenerator will launch a free edition of her authoring software. Day 2 mobile learning conference #MLearncon: Trends day. The launch of our free edition was big for easygenerator (number 3). A new step in easygenerators endeavor to change e-Learning. The top 10 is: A new metaphor for e-Learning.

Now we found a moment for reflection and looking back on this great conference week. For easygenerator it was the US launch of our online authoring platform and our first major US event we attended as a sponsor and exhibitor. It was all that we hoped for. And we like it.
