InSync Training Celebrates 20 Years of Virtual Classroom Innovation

InSync Training Celebrates 20 Years of Virtual Classroom Innovation

President and Founder Jennifer Hofmann opened the virtual doors to InSync Training on January 3, 2000. The company began with an idea to Train the Trainer and has evolved to provide modern learning services, workshops, and accredited certificate programs globally, in multiple languages.

InSync Training has pioneered a tradition of leadership in the training field by researching, vetting, and promoting best practices in virtual classrooms and modern blended learning. Thanks to thoughtful design, a comprehensive suite of programs and services incorporate various instructional delivery methods, learner needs, and cognitive theories to optimize workplace learning.

This team of virtual learning experts set industry standards for quality and creativity, supporting the blended learning initiatives of organizations within any industry. 80+ practitioners work literally around the clock to support corporate learning initiatives for many Fortune 500, 100 and 50 companies, as well as, the public sector and smaller companies.

Under Jennifer’s leadership, Inc. 500/5000 named InSync Training the 10th Fastest Growing Education Company in the U.S. in 2013, the 20th Fastest Growing Education Company in 2014, and to their Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years. Through commitment to diversity and entrepreneurship, InSync received designation as a WBENC and WEConnect certified woman-owned small business (WOSB).

Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network, Forbes Most Powerful Women Issue, The NativeAdVantage, and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses have all recognized Jennifer’s entrepreneurial drive. In the spirit of innovation and collaboration, InSync Training has also partnered with other industry thought leaders, including Comtec Translation.

When asked to reflect on two decades of leadership, Jennifer Hofmann observed: “InSync has stayed true to its original vision – make the virtual classroom work. It sounds so simple – but I knew it would take a combination of people, design, and technology to achieve results like we expected from the traditional classroom. To get there, I envisioned providing training programs for virtual facilitators, designers, and producers. And, when organizations needed to supplement their own training teams, they could come to us for the expertise they needed.

20 years later, that is exactly what we do.”
