If you’re starting with decisions about your learning management system before working through a full strategic planning process, don’t expect to end up with a system that does what you need. Do expect that you could be wasting valuable time and much — probably all — of the money you spend on a system by moving forward too soon. If you haven’t developed a strategy for your learning programs (including your elearning offerings), no resource — even if it’s free — will help you make the right decision.

Advantages of WordPress over Moodle


Open-source software has ushered in a new era of possibilities in the learning space. For a while now, Moodle has been the world’s most popular open-source learning management system. It  has enabled organizations of all sizes to deliver and track learning to (likely) millions of people across the globe. Our customers find our system user friendly and easy to use. The number one reason people leave their current system or purchase a different e-learning product? Quiz assessment tools and systems, that assume everyone wants to do T/F and M/C  or Short Answer and T/F only. Every time I see a product, two statements seem to be universal. I am seeing many vendors whose products were built for SMB (and more aligned on the lower side of mid size companies) who are now pushing into the mid/upper mid to large size customer band.   The problem here is that they developed a solution that is not made for 10,000 or more end users.
