Kevin is the creator of the University of Pennsylvania Gamification MOOC by Coursera which has had over 300,000 students and author of the book For the Win: How Game Thinking Can Revolutionize Your Business. He also mentioned that game designers and gamification designers use the same toolkit but they just use the tools differently.
