While large scale adoption will be slow, specific solutions aimed at particular audience needs will be more common. This will increase adoption of Web 2.0 Certainly in 2008, we saw lots of people are making tactical adoption - see Examples of eLearning 2.0. Mzinga certainly is way better as a product that my dire prediction.
