Braidio Acquires InnoStreams to Enhance WorkStream Intelligence for Agile Enterprises

Acquisition Enhances Braidio’s Artificial Intelligence Capabilities and Strengthens Management Team with Addition of Paul Pluschkell

San Francisco, CA- December 11, 2018Braidio, the creator of the leading workstream intelligence platform, announced today that it is acquiring InnoStreams, a high-velocity platform used to manage decisions for digital initiatives across enterprise organizations. The acquisition expands Braidio’s WorkStream Intelligence Platform, which was built for the growing need for speed in work execution and the role of automation and purposeful collaboration in delivering winning outcomes.

Braidio’s award winning platform creates successful customer outcomes by streamlining workflows, removing friction, connecting information and knowledge silos, and empowering a more collaborative and knowledgeable team to optimize productivity. The addition of InnoStreams, which was recently recognized by Aragon Research as a leader in Digital Business Platforms 2018, will enhance Braidio’s innovation and artificial intelligence capabilities, as well as identify and prioritize opportunities, foster engagement and alignment, capture learnings and institutional knowledge, and balance agility with quality.

“The most valuable form of learning today is based on real-time knowledge and insights. Organizations increasingly are confronted with new and unexpected situations in the workplace that go beyond existing knowledge and processes. Combining Braidio and InnoStreams will allow business leaders and their employees to capture this intellectual capital, and share it in real time to drive success throughout the organization,” said Iain Scholnick, Founder and CEO of Braidio. “The addition of InnoStreams will bolster Braidio’s WorkStreams platform, a Workstream Intelligence Platform, that enables companies to continually learn and adapt, with an intense bias to action.”

The addition of InnoStreams will also strengthen Braidio’s management team. Founded by Sreenivasa Gorti and Paul Pluschkell, InnoStreams launched the first real-time digital transformation platform on the market in 2017. At Braidio, Pluschkell, a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur who previously founded Spigit, Kandy.io, and MXNet, will join the team as Braidio’s Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Business Development and Gorti, Ph.D. (MIT in Computer Aided Engineering) will serve on the company’s advisory board.

“InnoStreams was created to convert concepts with promise into fully fleshed out, impactful ideas with value, by allowing hypotheses to be validated or invalidated through data and experimentation for predictable results,” said Paul Pluschkell, Co-Founder of InnoStreams. “Braidio is the most unique and valuable product since Slack. The genius lies in the fact that Braidio works on top of your existing applications and platforms to break down knowledge  and information silos. Braidio offers us access to their vast ecosystem with millions of connected user endpoints. We are now a piece of a much larger ecosystem to improve business outcomes, offering a clear and compelling story for companies to simplify success across any workstream including innovation, sales enablement, onboarding, field operations, customer success, training and learning. This is the future of work.”
