I used it in 1999, to teach a 100% online journalism course in the University of Nebraska system. Other fun tidbits AICC was the leader here, then came SCORM. There were LMS vendors certified by AICC, but the majority were not, and yes, some said they were, then you go to the AICC web site and see that they are not.
