I’d like to see either ANOVA (statistical method), with multiple variables as part of that data set. Sounds delicious, tastes like turpentine. Two is nice, three is ideal. You must have some type of metrics and go the route of a cluster sample of customers (selected by variables). Sort of a High Noon experience. 300 plus.

Less statistics. Personally I am a data freak and when I was overseeing training, I wanted to get as much statistics and data as I could out of my LMS to really gain that deep insight that only a system can provide – or IMO should provide. To the whole reduction of statistics, I had to weigh that in the grand scheme of things.
