I use Twitter, but there is no way, I see it as a learning tool. But HE has a very poor track record of using them when it comes to mobile learning. Google Docs and Microsoft Word. Again, just because you use them to write up Work Instructions or a list of items to learn, they should not qualify as a learning tool.
