Highlights from the Litmos London Learning Roadshow

We started the day with our very own Litmos Dojo powerhouse and CLO, Mike Martin, who not only delivered a highly informative session of hands-on Litmos learning, but also really energized the crowd in his signature style. It was literally “standing room only” and customers reacted with Tweets like the following. Big thanks to @gm_elearning for this one! We truly appreciate the feedback!

Jason LeonardFireside Chat with Jason Leonard
That’s right — next came Rugby Football Union hero (i.e. former pro and president) Jason Leonard OBE. He and Litmos EVP Rory Cameron engaged in a really great conversation around what it’s like to be a “lion,” which as you might imagine was peppered with plenty of laughter and good fun. Queues were out the door for the subsequent “meet and greet” with signed rugby balls disappearing almost immediately!

What’s New with Litmos & Litmos Heroes
We weren’t going to leave customers and prospects without a taste of what’s new and soon to come in the Litmos continuous learning platform. Led by Rory Cameron and Sarika Khanna, SVP Product and Support, these sessions got people thinking about the future of learning, including personalized learning journeys and the unveiling of the Lenny Bot and Litmos Augmented Intelligence. Truly exciting things coming down the pike for Litmos customers and their learners who begin to take advantage of these leading-edge capabilities.

Two Powerful Customer Panels
We next brought to the stage customer panels to tackle the hefty subjects of learning program ROI with Litmos and learner engagement with Learning Heroes. First, Danielle Kennedy, Customer Delight Manager at Litmos Heroes facilitated a lively discussion with Newsquest, Davies Group, and Travel Counsellors on how to leverage content for better engagement and learning outcomes. On the Litmos side, Paul Cooper, Litmos VP EMEA Sales, moderated a discussion with representatives from Meyn Food, Grant Thornton, and HPE. This group offered innovative ideas on how to earn returns on your learning program investments. A huge thank you to these fabulous customers for sharing their insights with the group!

Ultimate Peer-to-Peer Learning: An Exercise in Crowd-Sourcing Content
We wrapped the serious business part of the day with CLO Mike Martin, again driving up energy and excitement around roundtable topics of interest to the group. This gave participants a chance to network, share stories, and really explore what was on their minds after this packed day of learning. During this fast-paced, collaborative workshop attendees had the opportunity to open topics of their choosing and contribute to discussions led by peers.

We closed out the evening with a walk over to the London Tower Bridge Engine Rooms for banter, drinks, and laughs. If you’re not familiar with this space, it’s one of London’s true hidden gems, filled with the authentic machinery that once lifted the 1000-ton movable section of the Tower Bridge. We were honored to revel in the history of a space that once required more than 80 people to maintain the engines and raise the Bridge. Cheers to that and to this great event!
