When I ask what the training looks like, I often get the answer: “ I organize online training with a maximum of 12 participants ”. Learning by coincidence on Twitter

Often I answer that you definitely learn through twittering because you can link through to blogposts, articles etc. Is learning what you do in school or in a training or is it something we do continuously? Basically defending the 140 characters. Probably the main difference is in the theory about learning that people hold.

Brain science meets social media

Friday I attended a session for trainers about training methods. The solution was a three hours training for the managers. Very interesting to compare what methods you use. However, there was a case discussion about managers who were too direct in their communication and hence did not create a good working atmosphere in their teams.
