I’ve articulated before that I think it’s about processing, but I like to try to capture my thinking in a graphic, and hadn’t done so before. This, of course, also is what happens in informal learning, if we end up discussing a problem to solve, or even just blog our thoughts and get comments.

I came across your blog and thought you might be able to offer some suggestions. My personal suggestion would be either the Articulate Free Trial or the Captivate Free Trial. Oh, and did I mention that you should be blogging your experience. :). I have great computer skills but am not experienced in creating web courses.

Thinking Out Loud?

We know that learning is facilitated when experts articulate not only their decisions, but the background rationale (ala Alan Schoenfeld , as I know it from Cognitive Apprenticeship). To some extent I reckon I do this, amidst my tweets and blog posts.

Summer Seminar Series

And that’s a good thing, because they’re insightful and articulate about the role these new technologies can play in organizational improvement. I track both their blogs just to keep up with what’s happening in these arenas. I’ll get to kibbitz (and learn), but they’re the two leaders of this session.

Down on the iPad?

At the Upside Learning Blog, this post (which I found through the CLO group on LinkedIn) proclaims that the elearning industry is down on the iPad. As I blogged, it’s huge for publishers, providing both a channel for richer media and interactivity, and a new unified market channel. Gov’t? What do you think?
