This solution reminds me of Articulate Studio in terms of its capabilities, but at a lower cost. 2 Articulate Storyline – I have to say that they are quite close to taking the number one spot, but they fall just a tad short. Rapid Intake – Hasn’t really done anything in the last several months.

Articulate has told me that they have an issue with Windows 8 for both Storyline and Studio, but are working on fixing it.
