Product Review: Plateau TMS (Talent Management System)

I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. Plateau Performance.

Top Ten Learning Management Systems – July Rankings

Also, while they have a very nice survey tool the system is missing an assessment tool (it is achieved via your authoring tool). The user interface is slick – way better than the days of Plateau – which some people still call it – uh, its not. Regardless, this is a very good system.

I say this, and you can see it yourself, buy seeing all the modules available. Talk to many of them privately and they will say that most folks buy two modules out of the gate. But I digress.
