So one caution I have learned is that choosing a genre for a theme for a presentation or learning event can be difficult especially if the genre already has built in issues. The boss is the smartest person in the story. The artwork is really coming along well thanks to Vanessa and I am excited about the presentation. Elements of Flow.

This past week, I spent Monday and Tuesday at the ASTD International Conference & Expo in DC. My first impressions of ASTD: ‘wow, what a huge conference’ and ‘wow, these are traditional training people for whom most of this eLearning stuff is kind of exotic and/or quite overwhelming and threatening.’ What a two days!
