Last week, I attended DevLearn. I suspected that the expo would feature a large quantity of rapid content authoring tools. Back in 2000, the knock on rapid content authoring tools were they “pre-template” driven solutions. Who in their right mind, would use these tools? I was enthralled.

Best of the Best: Content Authoring Tools

Again, not every tool below is SaaS based, but at some point, you have to move to the SaaS world, especially if you are offering or saying you do – some type of mobile learning functionality.
