It gives me great sense of pride to announce that G-Cube has successfully achieved Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi) Maturity Level 3 rating. CMMi is a set of best practices covering various aspects, ranging from project management to organization management.
Achieving CMMi Maturity Level 3 essentially indicates that an organization has a set of recognized standards and processes in place, and that they are consistently adhered to. This latest recognition places G-Cube in the elite league of handful of e-learning companies globally who have achieved this maturity level for their work processes.
Our focus always has been to continuously improve our productivity and process adherence matrices to further benefit our clients, and this rating validates our commitment to adopt best practices across G-Cube.
What makes this achievement extra special is that it was completely driven by G-Cubians instead of something that got pushed by ‘the management’. This not only meant participation from bigger base of people, but it also lead to wider adoption of the suggestions and improvements that were identified in the year long evaluation process conducted by KPMG, India.
I would like to congratulate all G-Cubians on this achievement, and especially thank the SEPG team, ATM’s, and Project Management Group for their dedication and hard work all through the appraisal process.
