I've been asked several times a similar question so I thought I would throw it out to see what readers here will recommend for doing basic video-based elearning authoring. and Rapid Authoring Tools? The situation is that they have five, two-hour training videos (10 hours total). No real video editing experience.

In my Ten Predictions for eLearning for 2008 , I said - Wiki + SCORM + Add-ins will become more common for easy authoring. It's horribly cryptic, you can't tell what's happening and it defeats the whole point that I see in using a Wiki for authoring. A Wiki should make course authoring extremely easy and even easier to make updates.

Someone posted a comment in my previous post on Course Authoring and Rapid eLearning Tool Satisfaction asking whether I had used RapideL. But when I looked back at my post, I realized that I had cut off quite a few authoring tools because I had only included reports where the number of evaluations was 15 or more. So where's RapideL?
