Step 1

First, select Responsive Project from the available options in captivate.

This will open a Record dialog box.

After counter count downs to 1, automatically your Microsoft Word comes to the foreground.

To end your simulation, click on End key on your keyboard.

Automatically, the captivated slides will be opened in adobe captivate and comes to the foreground.

You can see a blue color rectangle, a focus area of the simulation slides displayed according to the device you select like desktop, tab and mobile. You can also move the rectangle to display a different area.
