Ongoing change is going to make current knowledge obsolescent. Thus, that specific schema expands, increases, instilling confidence and increasing engagement.

IMHO, here are a few things organizations can do to start with: Encourage "working out loud" - Put in place an Enterprise Social Network (ESN), provide community management support, and make openness the default behavior of senior leaders.
