In December 2006, I posted my challenges and predictions for 2007. Biggest challenges for 2007? I think I was a bit ahead of the curve on this one.

That’s a pipe dream. It yields stories and anecdotes that are more persuasive than percentages. It would be sweet if you could punch a button on an LMS and get an instant evaluation. An LMS measures activity, not outcomes. Besides, as we noted earlier, results are in the eye of the sponsor.
