We did Online Learning in the 60’s – False Narrative There were systems back in the day, where they could be run on your own server, used via a CD-ROM, via WAN or LAN, but to me, that isn’t and e-learning LMS. The speeds presented were ideal speeds, but I remember, landing 38KBS in Boston, with a 56K modem.
