He resides in the UK and during a recent discussion by folks who visited firms in the US, the general sense was: "Blended Learning is still in the literature, but not discussed seriously" Wow, really? In other words - Of course we'll use a blended learning approach.

First, none of the panelists seemed to focused on finding ways to support informal learning in the organization. Marc pressed him a bit and it seemed that the CLO defined himself in terms of training solutions so these tools really weren't important for him to use to help learners/performers.
