Success metrics for learning will be based on content access, views, involvement and downloads. Learning leaders will be more focused on relevancy of information.

They feel the best way to address social, informal learning (powered by social media) is not to integrate it into an LMS. A: Kurt Crisman - Incorporating social media tools directly into the an LMS assumes that is the best way to achieve the benefits of these tools for both formal and informal learning. I’m a more recent reader of Dave’s blog and occasionally have conversations with him in Twitter.
