So what value is there in blogging? . The benefits I get from blogging. It encourages me to read more books and blogs. I think more.

Learning styles and fixed ideas

It is more about why people hang on to ideas that ample evidence indicates are not true. Every day we deal with learners who are tied to ideas that we have been tasked to 'develop' (ie change!), Just another fallacy?

But the idea behind 70:20:10 is that really, only some of what we learn at work happens in a classroom and that's the 10 in 70:20:10.
