Personally I use social media all the time for personal learning- blog, twitter, social bookmarking key Learning takes place at the edges social media help me to stretch these I'm using twitter to learn practical things for the company I started this yr (zzp). For some time now, I have an evaluation report of an organization that has experience with the introduction of social media (like wikis and blog) in the organization since 2009. We chose to use existing social media services in the cloud instead of buying a company package, because this creates flexibility and is cheaper.

I thought a learning style test was a nice ramp up for an exercise where people had to blog about their own facilitator style - from the idea that it is good to know your own preferences and biases as a trainer/facilitator. The same with blogging. I went looking for a learning style test for an online course.
