PLE - PWLE Discussion Contiunes - Corporate vs Personal and IP Rights

The enterprise provides tools to employees that they can use as part of the PWLE. I could understand an argument that it would be preferable for individuals to be able to use the same tools outside the corporation for personal interests - but I don't see his argument that it is no longer a PLE or PWLE.
