Okay, Im stunned there are so many INTJs here since as a general rule, INTJs are only about 5% of population (Im guessing here). Im an INTJ and it says my blog is an ESTP. Given we dont know how it works, Im going to dismiss that information as a bit of fun. I have scored 2x IRL and 1x on Facebook as ENFP on MBTI.

Im concerned that women will be excluded if such a focus is put on gaming skills -- or at least the gamer label. Im just raising some questions. Im a practical person at heart; not a theory-based one). The reason Im so keen on the idea of PLEs (not as a system, but as a set of tools and skills) is that I think it puts power back into peoples hands, rather than leaving them at the mercy of organizations who dont really have their best interests in mind.
