Docebo has struck GOLD 🥇(again)!

Continuing its awards hot streak, Docebo has gone two-for-two at this year’s Brandon Hall Group (BHG) Excellence in Technology Awards for advances in mobile and social learning.

A perfect way to cap off a successful 2020, Docebo has won gold 🥇 for Best Advance in Mobile Learning! While Docebo has been recognized for its leadership in mobile learning technology over the past few years, there is always room to innovate.

Leaning on the strengths of its Go.Learn mobile learning app and Branded Mobile App Publisher 📱, Docebo added a number of new functionalities to its mobile learning repertoire to close the mobile learning loop. New functionalities included (to name a few):

  • Adding push notifications from Docebo’s Virtual Coach to the mobile app
  • Extending Pages and Menus to the mobile application
  • Allowing Learners can now self-enroll and access webinar and ILT courses on mobile devices
  • The ability to share curated third-party content (Docebo Discover) via their mobile learning app

Together, these new functionalities added to Docebo’s industry-leading mobile learning offering in ways that best reflect the people learn today – anytime, anywhere.

Silver for social learning

Docebo was also awarded a silver medal for Best Advance in Social Learning, a result of important updates to its Discover, Coach & Share module and its ability to support self-guided and collaborative learning as more businesses respond to remote working.

Updates to the Docebo Discover module, which curates externally-sourced learning content to match skillsets and development interests, has proven particularly beneficial as a mechanism to increase engagement while providing a way for people to develop key skills in ways that best reflect how they want to learn, rather than dictate it.

“Technology is the great enabler of human capital management initiatives. It has never been more important than during this rapid evolution of remote work that challenged everyone to instantly adapt,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer and awards program head Rachel Cooke. “Winners of Excellence in Technology Awards are critical drivers of their organizations’ success, especially in these disruptive times. Their solutions resulted in substantial benefits to their business and the human capital management function. That is the ultimate differentiator: the positive business impact of technology.”

The BHG Excellence in Technology Awards are awarded by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique, how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect?
