And yes, it would be fully SCORM 2004 compliant (as long as you uploaded your courses as SCORM 2004). While the race is on for people to get LMSs and LCMSs, there are some people who either do not want or need a LMS/LCMS, but want to create a learning community or more often, some type of  portal – intranet or internet. Uh, no.

If you haven’t been looking at LMS/LCMS solutions lately or if you have, you may be noticing a trend -  social media.  Of course, many vendors like to pitch it as “Web 2.0″ Worse yet, when “Web 3.0″ 8243; truly hits the masses, what are they going to do?  Stay and say, “Web 2.0″?

I recently read an article in The Economist highlighting a report that shows that "the rate of growth of blogs has slowed in many parts of the world. But I don't think blogging is dying!
