Nintendo Dominates Handheld Gaming Space: But thanks largely to the iPad and iPhone, Apple is becoming a significant player especially with girls. Tween's playing a video game. Most of them do on a regular basis. That's a big increase. Here are some other statistics from the M2 Research Report.

So, I'm trying to download and new iTunes10 and its just not happening, so I'm cruising the rest of the Apple web site checking out the newly announced products. Okay, so maybe not YET! But when AirPlay is released everything will change.AGAIN! know a lot of you give many presentations a year. Setting up a projector correctly is NOT easy.

As the big three refine, revise and retool their television platforms ( Google TV , Apple TV and Microsoft MediaRoom ) it got me thinking about the death of TV. So, Google, Microsoft and Apple, the challenge for you is to create the new Dewey Decimal system for 2010 and beyond. What does this mean for the big three? opportunity.

The Best from the eLearning Learning Community

I have great respect for Apple as an organization particularly because I use an iPhone and I think the iPhone has definitely become one of those game-changers in the smartphone world and by a large margin. However, from whatever I have been able to gather about it so far, including Apple’s own website I think the iPad is a big miss.
Now much as I love Moodle (more of that later), but surely we are comparing apples and pears here - not so much in the education sector, but for corporates. Yesterday eLearning Guild announced their Member's Choice Awards for Learning Management Systems (LMS). LMSs (Saba, SumTotal, SkillPort, etc.) Perhaps they use an LMS and a VLE.
Here's my key question: Is the blanket ban the real bad apple in the bunch? The Osmonds and The Jacksons both sang 'One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch'. When the Israelites went into battle against the men of Ai , they were soundly defeated. It was a shock for them. They weren't in the habit of losing. I'm just asking.
I have had no problems with my Apple iPod at all. Experts point to the lithium ion batteries Apple use as the source of the problem. As you would, Ellie’s parents contacted Apple to report the incident and ask for a refund. If the Stanboroughs talked to the press, said Apple, there might be legal action taken out against them.
Look at how beautiful that is! The price drops by $200 on the iPhone and the iPod Touch is a thing of beauty. So you don't want to switch to AT&T but still want the killer mobile web and beautiful touch screen? Well, your in luck. The Touch is just the device for you. Can I here anyone say "Ultimate mobile learning device"? think!? It rocks!
I attended the Apple Mobile Learning Roadshow last week, held at Sydney’s Maritime Museum; and I know other M-Learning bloggers will be interested to hear about this event.  As a designer myself, I happen to love love Apple products - but I am no “fanboy&#.  Authored by Leonard Low. Hosted by Edublogs.
I know what you’re thinking, I must be a complete idiot to think Apple is in trouble. But the recent fall out from the iPhone 4 release and the Apple response (or more specifically, the Steve Jobs response ) strikes me as something symptomatic of a wider issue. Arrogance aside, this is symptomatic of the way Apple used to do business.
still yearn for the perfect love child of PowerPoint (both Mac and Windows) and Keynote (Apple’s PowerPoint equivalent), but as we well know, we will certainly always be torn between two (or more) software tools that target the same need but suffer from competing weaknesses. My initial tool of choice was Word, which was short-lived.
Yes, I am in San Francisco and yes I am at a conference where a representative from Apple is the Keynote speaker but no.it's Jon Burgess of Apple presenting to ICT Educators. So the keynote was by Jon Burgess of Apple who did an excellent job outlining what educators should focus on for the future. s not Macworld.
A Google search on ‘Apple iPad’ throws up an excess of 30 million results! Clearly the Apple iPad has drawn much applause and an equal amount of criticism in the last few weeks. At Upside Learning we’ve been thinking about ways the Apple iPad can be useful for eLearning – especially in the workplace.
