Defelice, the time needed to develop one hour of self paced eLearning could take between 90 hours and 1743 hours. It’s surprising that ‘development without a template’ does not take substantially more effort then that required for ‘development within templates’. The numbers for ‘development within a template (using Lectora etc.)’

Canvas - Web developers can now create 2D drawings controlled by JavaScript. Key benefit is that web developers can do this using JavaScript directly in HTML 5 without relying on technologies like Flash or Silverlight. This would help the web developers display data in structured formats and make it easier to implement.
